摘要
饲料企业是连接种植业和养殖业的桥梁,在农业产业经济中占重要地位。在粮改饲政策和畜牧养殖业高速发展的背景下,饲料企业在迎来重大发展契机的同时也面临着市场集中度不断提升,产业链资源整合速度加快的挑战。面对新的市场环境,饲料企业要通过建立和完善现代企业制度的方式“练好内功”,助推饲料企业的可持续发展。其中,人力资源管理是现代企业管理的重要内容,实现人力资源优化配置是饲料企业可持续发展的重要前提。为此,文章从公平理论入手,分析饲料企业优化人力资源配置的意义和措施,希望在饲料企业内部构建公平合理的人力资源管理模式,有效降低员工的不公平感,提高员工工作积极性。
Feed enterprises are the bridge connecting agricultural Plantation and animal husbandry,so they play an important role in agricultural industrial economy.Against the backdrop of the grain to feed policy and the rapid development of animal husbandry,feed enterprises are facing significant development opportunities,as well as challenges such as increasing market concentration and accelerating the integration of industrial chain resources.Faced with the new market environment,feed enterprises need to“improve their internal skills”by establishing and improving modern enterprise systems to promote the sustainable development of feed enterprises.Among them,human resource management is an important part of modern enterprise management,and achieving optimal allocation of human resources is an important prerequisite for sustainable development of feed.Therefore,from the perspective of Equity theory,this paper analyzes the significance and measures of optimizing the allocation of human resources in feed enterprises,hoping to build a fair and reasonable human resource management model within feed enterprises,effectively reduce the sense of unfairness of employees,and improve the enthusiasm of employees.
