摘要
法学专业本科阶段的毕业论文是实践教学的重要组成部分,也是法学本科学生知识积累、专业水平和写作能力的综合体现,在应用型人才培养方案中占有重要地位。然而,近年来毕业论文的相关各方在协同配合完成论文的过程中因种种原因并未形成良性互动,毕业论文的作用和价值无法体现。因此,有必要对目前存在的质量困境以及原因进行深入剖析,并提出相应的提升路径。
The undergraduate graduation thesis of law major is an important part of practical teaching,as well as a comprehensive reflection of the knowledge accumulation,professional level and writing ability of law undergraduates.It plays an important role in the training program of application-oriented talents.However,in recent years,the relevant parties of graduation thesis have not formed benign interaction in the process of cooperatively completing the thesis for various reasons,and the role and value of graduation thesis can not be reflected.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the existing quality dilemma and the reasons,and put forward the corresponding improvement path.
