摘要
在推进生态文明建设的背景下,国家越来越重视生态环保与生态修复工作,这就需要各级政府部门在国家政策的指导下,纵深推进国土空间规划工作,并将全域全要素作为规划的重点,特别是要加强对综合整治以及生态修复方面的关注,进一步提高资源利用率,减少损坏、过度开发土地资源的情况,从而为国土空间实现可持续发展创造良好的条件。
under the background of promoting the construction of ecological civilization,the state pays more and more attention to the development of ecological environment protection and ecological restoration,to promote territorial and spatial planning in depth,with a focus on all-round factors,in particular,to pay more attention to comprehensive rehabilitation and ecological restoration,and to improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce damage,overexploitation of land resources,so as to achieve sustainable development of land space to create good conditions.
