摘要
生物化学课程是中医药院校的专业基础课。生物化学实验是培养学生实践能力的关键环节,而实验成绩的评价是实验教学的重要环节,对学生学习起着重要的指导作用。文章通过对山西中医药大学生物化学实验独立课程成绩评价体系的构建和实践,明确了考核内容,量化了成绩评价比例;并以2020级和2019级药学、药物分析、制药工程和生物制药专业本科生为研究对象,实施效果考查。结果显示,这2个年级学生的实验成绩平均分高于80分,效果良好。生物化学实验独立课程成绩评价体系通过期末考核的方式,激励学生注重平时课堂实验训练,激发了学生的主动性和积极性,提高了实验教学质量。
Biochemistry is the major basic course in university of Chinese medicine.In addition,the biochemistry experiment is an im-portant aspect of cultivating the practical ability of undergraduates.Grade evaluation for this course is an important link in experimen-tal teaching,which plays a guiding role in undergraduates’learning.In this paper,through the construction and practice of the achievement evaluation system for biochemistry experiment course in Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine,the assessment content was clarified and the evaluation proportion was quantified.Moreover,the implementation effect was examined with undergraduates ma-joring in pharmacy,drug analysis,pharmaceutical engineering and biopharmaceutical in Grade 2020 and 2019 as the research objects.The results showed that the average score of two grades of students is higher than 80 points,which has achieved good results.The achievement evaluation system for biochemistry experiment course can encourage students to pay attention to classroom experiment training by means of final examination,stimulate students’initiative and enthusiasm,and improve the quality of experiment teaching.
