摘要
营商环境评价是检验优化营商环境工作成效的重要标尺。针对河北省营商环境评价报告中张家口市得分较低的短板弱项指标,通过调研深入分析失分内容,全面查找当前营商环境工作的薄弱点和突破点,并对标对表省内外先进经验做法找差距、找短板、找原因,提出进一步优化营商环境的对策建议。
The evaluation of the business environment is an important benchmark for testing the effectiveness of optimizing the business environment.In view of the weak indicators of Zhangjiakou City,which scored lower in the Hebei Province Business Environment Assessment Report,this paper,through in-depth research and analysis of the losing points,comprehensively identifies the weak and breakthrough points of the current business environment work,and compares the gap,weaknesses,and reasons of the advanced experience and practices with those inside and outside the province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for further optimizing the business environment.
