摘要
水库在运行过程中易受冰冻侵害的影响,库区结冰产生的冰荷载会对各类水工建筑物造成不同程度的损坏。以新疆头屯河水库为对象,研究气泡防冰新技术在水库进水塔、交通桥桥墩、闸门井冰害治理工程中的作用机制,并对其应用效果进行了探讨。结果表明:在整个冬季冰期运行过程中,气泡防冰设备有效地消除了水库进水塔、交通桥桥墩、闸门井周围的结冰问题;该设备可在低温环境中长时间稳定运行,减少库区冬季水位、温度变化带来的不利影响,有效地消除冰荷载问题,为解决不同领域冰害问题提供了技术参考。
Due to the vulnerability to freezing during operation,hydraulic structures are prone to suffer from different degrees of damage caused by the ice load generated by icing in the reservoir storage area.With a focus on Toutun River Reservoir in Xinjiang,we examine the mechanism of the air bubble anti-icing technology in controlling ice damage in reservoir intake towers,traffic bridge abutments,and gate well.We also discuss the effectiveness of its application.The findings manifest that the air bubble anti-icing equipment effectively eliminates icing problems around reservoir intake towers,traffic bridge abutments,and gate wells throughout the winter ice operation.The equipment can operate stably in low-temperature environment for a long time,while reducing the adverse impacts of water level and temperature changes in the reservoir area in winter.Moreover,it effectively eliminates the ice loading problem and provides a technical reference for solving ice damage problems in different fields.
