摘要
随着我国人口进入负增长时期,老龄人口不断增多,老龄化成为各界关注的热点。传统的家庭养老模式已经无法满足老年人对于老年生活的物质以及精神需求,社区福利养老机构也面临着各种问题和挑战。因此,更加多样化、人性化的老年公寓应运而生。文章从老年群体的生理和心理需求出发,充分考虑老年人身心机能的变化,从安全、实用两方面探讨设计原则,提出老年公寓室内空间的设计策略。
As China's population enters a period of negative growth,the elderly population grows rapidly,the aging problem continues to become a hot spot of concern from all walks of life,the traditional family pension model is difficult to sustain,and community welfare pension institutions are also facing various problems and challenges.Therefore,a more professional,humanized and rationalized commercial elderly apartment came into being,this paper starts from the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly group,fully considers the behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and discusses the design of the interior space of the elderly apartment from the aspect of design principles.
