摘要
目的 了解深圳市常见过敏性皮肤疾病的过敏原分布状况,为不同过敏性皮肤疾病患者的环境过敏原防治提供依据。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年10月于深圳大学附属华南医院皮肤科就诊的724例过敏性皮肤疾病患者,其中荨麻疹257例(35.5%)、皮炎467例(64.5%),经免疫印迹法检测血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 在724例过敏性皮肤病患者中,过敏原sI gE检测结果显示:过敏原阳性总检出率为62.6%,吸入性过敏原阳性率53.9%高于食入性过敏原阳性率25.6%,其中尘螨组合(42.5%)、动物皮屑(13.1%)、蟑螂(10.1%)、牛奶(14.1%)、真菌组合(7.0%)是主要的过敏原。荨麻疹患者过敏原特异性IgE抗体阳性率(67.7%)高于皮炎患者(59.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。过敏原阳性率随着患者年龄增大而呈下降趋势,儿童组(≤14岁)阳性率最高,与青年组(14~≤35岁)及中老年组(35~≤70岁)相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童期最主要的食入性过敏原为牛奶和鸡蛋白,最主要的吸入性过敏原为尘螨和动物皮屑。慢性病程患者过敏原阳性率(70.7%)显著高于急性期患者(58.3%)。结论 深圳地区导致过敏性皮肤疾病的主要过敏原为尘螨、动物皮屑、蟑螂、牛奶和真菌组合。不同年龄段和不同病程的过敏原不同,应该根据患者的不同情况采取针对性防治措施。
Objective To understand the distribution of allergens in patient with common allergic disease in Shenzhen,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of environmental allergens in patient with different allergic diseases.Methods This study enrolled a total of 724 patient with allergic disease,including urticaria(257 cases)and dermatitis(467 cases).Western blot was used to detect the serum allergen type E specific antibodies(sIgE)of the patients.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The total positive rate of sIgE in 724 patients was 62.6%.The positive rate of inhalation allergens(53.9%)was higher than that of food allergens(25.6%).Dust mites(42.5%),animal dander(13.1%),cockroach(10.1%),milk(14.1%),fungus(7.0%)was the common allergens.The positive rate of allergen in urticaria(67.7%)was significantly higher than that in dermatitis(59.7%).The positive rate in children group was significantly higher than that in middle-aged and elderly group.The positive rate of allergens was significantly higher in patients with chronic course(70.7%)than in patients with acute stage(58.3%).Conclusion The main allergens causing allergic diseases in Shenzhen were dust mites,animal dander,cockroach,milk and fungus.Different ages and had its specific allergens.It is necessary to take targeted prevention measures according to the different conditions of patients.
