摘要
目的:分析司美格鲁肽联合胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年8月贵州省人民医院收治的T2DM患者100例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予胰岛素泵强化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予司美格鲁肽治疗。比较两组患者血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛功能。结果:治疗后,两组患者空腹C肽、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者胰岛素分泌指数水平均升高,胰岛素抵抗指数水平均降低,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:司美格鲁肽联合胰岛素泵强化治疗T2DM患者效果显著,可有效改善患者血糖指标、血脂指标、胰岛功能,对于患者控制病情具有积极意义。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of simethicone combined with insulin pump in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with.Methods:100 cases of T2DM patients admitted to People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 50 cases.The control group was given intensive treatment with insulin pump,and the observation group was given simethicone on the basis of the control group.Patients'blood glucose indexes,blood lipid in⁃dexes,pancreatic functions in both groups were compared.Results:the levels of fasting C-peptide,fasting blood glucose,postpran⁃dial two-hour glucose and glycated hemoglobin after the treatment were all reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL cholesterol after treatment were all reduced,and HDL cholesterol levels were all elevated in both groups,with a statistically signifi⁃cant difference(P<0.05);after the treatment,pancreas secretion index in both groups was elevated,pancreas resistance index de⁃creased,and the observation group was better than the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intensive treatment of T2DM patients with simethicone combined with insulin pump is remarkable,which can effective⁃ly better blood glucose index,lipid index and pancreas function,and is of positive significance for the disease control of diabetes.
