摘要
目的:分析优化预防与控制干预在学校常见传染病管理中的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月南通市通州区各类学校20所,包含中学、小学及幼儿园,共涉及学生15000例,2021年1—12月在常规预防基础上接受常规预防与控制干预,2022年1—12月接受优化预防与控制干预。比较实施前后学校卫生管理工作评分、学生传染病发生率。结果:实施后传染病管理组织、卫生管理制度实施、传染疫情上报情况、学生预防接种查证及校卫生保健室管理评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实施后学生传染病发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:优化预防与控制干预可有效保障学校常见传染病管理效果,提升学校的卫生管理工作效果,降低学生传染病发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of optimized prevention and control interventions in the management of common infectious diseases in schools.Methods:Twenty schools of various types in Tongzhou District,Nantong City were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,including middle schools,elementary school and kindergartens,involving a total of fifteen thousand cases of students.From January to December 2021,they received routine prevention and control interventions on the basis of routine prevention,and from January to December 2022,they received optimized prevention and control interventions.School health management scores and student infectious disease rates were compared before and after implementation.Results:After implementation,infectious disease management organization,health management system implementation,infectious outbreak reporting,student vaccination check and school health care room management scores were higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of infectious diseases among students after implementation was lower than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:Optimized prevention and control interventions can effectively guarantee the effectiveness of management of common infectious diseases in schools,improve the effectiveness of hygiene management in schools,and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases among students.
