摘要
【目的】为满足患者在进行身体康复训练时的需求,设计出一款基于Kinect和Unity3D的康复动作训练及评价系统。【方法】患者在康复训练活动中,通过做指定动作来完成闯关游戏,从而实现康复。在训练过程中,通过Kinect来实时收集患者所作动作的序列信息,提取出不同关节角度相应的序列特征,并将提取到的序列特征与医学上认定的标准动作的序列特征进行对比。评测系统会拟合多名患者的康复训练过程评分,并根据评测结果给出针对性的康复动作。【结果】试验采用正负样本多次采样法,结果表明,通过多次使用Kinect康复训练系统,患者的健康水平会逐渐恢复至正常人群的平均值。【结论】患者通过多次多环节的康复训练,简化康复训练过程,从而达到医学康复的训练效果。
[Purposes]In order to meet the needs of patients in physical rehabilitation training,a rehabilitation action training and evaluation system based on Kinect and Unity3 D was designed.[Methods]In the rehabilitation training activities,the patient completed the game by doing the specified action,so as to achieve rehabilitation.During the training process,Kinect is used to collect the sequence information of the patient's actions in real time,extract the sequence features corresponding to different joint angles,and compare the extracted sequence features with the medically recognized standard action sequence features.The evaluation system will score the rehabilitation training process of multiple patients,and give targeted rehabilitation actions according to the evaluation results.[Findings]The multiple sampling method of positive and negative samples was used in the experiment.The results showed that the health level of the patients would gradually return to the average value of the normal population by using the Kinect rehabilitation training system multiple times.[Conclusions]Patients can simplify the rehabilitation training process through multiple and multi-link rehabilitation training,so as to achieve the training effect of medical rehabilitation.
