摘要
目的 研究探讨早期活动规范化护理联合艾灸对产妇分娩后的康复效果影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月医院收治的98例产妇按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各49例。对照组以艾灸+常规护理干预,观察组增加早期活动规范化护理干预。综合评估两组产妇的产后恢复状况、产后并发症发生率、生活质量、护理满意度等指标。结果 干预后患者的产后子宫复旧高度、乳汁分泌量高于对照组,恶露量低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.04%(1/49),低于对照组的16.33%(8/49)(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.84%(45/49),高于对照组为73.47%(36/49)(P<0.05)。结论 早期活动规范化护理联合艾灸对产后分娩后的康复效果良好,能够降低患者术后并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of standardized nursing of early activities combined with moxibustion on the rehabilitation of pregnant women after delivery.Methods Ninety-eight pregnant women treated in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects were divided into observation group and control group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with moxibustion combined with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added early activity standardized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The postpartum recovery,incidence of postpartum complications,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and other indicators of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results After the intervention,the height of uterine involution and the amount of milk secretion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the amount of lochia in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.04%(1/49),which was lower than that in the control group[16.33%(8/49)](P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.84%(45/49),higher than that of the control group[73.47%(36/49)](P<0.05).Conclusion Early activity standardized nursing combined with moxibustion has a good effect on the rehabilitation after postpartum delivery.It can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of patients.
