摘要
摩擦阻力是造成管道能耗增加和输送能力降低的重要原因,在流体中加入适量的高分子聚合物能够很好地降低摩擦阻力。聚合反应是减阻剂生产过程中的关键环节,而在精细化工生产中反应失控是发生事故的重要原因。文章以减阻剂聚合反应为分析对象,首先根据反应安全热风险评估结果明确该反应的危险性,然后采用危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析辨识该聚合反应的各事故场景,并将反应安全热风险评估结果用于评定HAZOP分析的事故等级,确定减阻剂聚合反应的安全措施,完善风险控制措施,提升安全生产水平。
The frictional resistance of pipelines is an important reason for increasing energy consumption and reducing pipeline transportation capacity.Adding an appropriate amount of polymer to the fluid can effectively reduce frictional resistance.Polymerization reaction is a key step in the production process of drag reducing agents,and uncontrolled reaction is generally an important cause of accidents in fine chemical production.The article takes the drag reducing agent polymerization reaction as the analysis object.Firstly,the danger of the reaction is determined based on the results of the reaction safety hot risk assessment.Secondly,hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)is used to identify various accident scenarios of the polymerization reaction,and the results of the reaction safety hot risk assessment are used to evaluate the accident level of HAZOP analysis,determine the safety measures of the drag reducing agent polymerization reaction,improve risk control measures,and improve the level of safety production.
