正火工艺对Q345R钢板组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对厚度30 mm和60 mm的Q345R锅炉容器板分别进行了不同的正火工艺试验,研究不同入炉温度和存炉时间对Q345R钢板组织和性能的影响。结果表明,入炉温度为600℃,正火温度为900℃,厚度30 mm和60 mm钢板的存炉时间分别为34 min和101 min, Q345R钢板能够获得良好的强韧性匹配,其性能与现有常温正火工艺的性能接近,且该工艺缩短存炉时间20%~33%,有效降低生产成本,提高生产效率。 In order to investigate the effects of the furnace temperatures and the storage times on the microstructure and properties of the Q345R steel plates,normalizing process experiment was carried out on Q345R boiler vessel plates with thicknesses of 30 mm and 60 mm.The results showed that Q345R steel plate could achieve good strength and toughness matching at the furnace temperature of 600℃,normalizing temperature of 900℃and the furnace storage time of steel plate with thickness of 30 mm and 60 mm was 34 min and 101 min respectively.The performance was similar to that of the existing normal temperature normalizing process,which shorten the furnace storage time by 20%to 33%,effectively reduced the production cost and improved the production efficiency.
