摘要
【目的】探究水栒子不同组织内生真菌多样性及其群落结构差异,为水栒子内生真菌的综合开发、利用提供一定的理论基础。【方法】利用高通量测序技术对水栒子不同组织内生真菌进行鉴定与分析。【结果】共获得1590个OTUs序列,其中茎的OTUs数量最多(597个),其次为叶(545个),根最少(448个)。水栒子不同组织内生真菌的群落结构、丰度存在一定差异。各组织均以子囊菌门(Ascomycota)为优势菌门,其中,根、茎和叶的相对丰度分别为41.65%、22.29%和10.16%。球旋霉属(Spirosphaera,相对丰度8.89%)、Anguillospora(对丰度7.92%)、刺孢菌属(Subulicystidium,相对丰度2.10%)为根部优势属;亚隔孢壳属[Didymella(相对丰度2.52%)、Arthrocatena(相对丰度2.19%)]为茎部优势属;线黑粉酵母属(Filobasidium,相对丰度2.47%)、棘壳孢属(Pyrenochaeta,相对丰度2.05%)为叶部优势属。通过LEfSe分析发现,水栒子根、茎和叶都存在差异指示种,球旋霉属为根部差异指示种,Arthrocatena为茎部差异指示种,线黑粉酵母属为叶部差异指示种。【结论】水栒子不同组织内生真菌的种群结构存在差异;水栒子组织器官中内生真菌资源丰富。
【Objective】The study aimed to explore the diversity of endophytic fungi and community structure in different organs of C.multiflorus,and provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of endophytic fungi in C.multiflorus.【Method】High-throughput sequencing technology was used to identify and analyze the endophytic fungi in different tissues of C.multiflorus.【Result】A total of 1590 OTU sequences were obtained from high-throughput sequencing,including 597 OTUs detected in the stems,545 OTUs in the leaves and 448 OTUs in the roots.Diversity analysis showed certain differences in the community structure and abundance of endophytic fungi between different tissues of C.multiflorus.The dominant phylum in all tissues was Ascomycota,with relative abundances of 41.65%in the roots,22.29%in the stems,and 10.16%in the leaves.At the genus level,the dominant genera(relative abundance>2.00%)were Spirosphaera(8.89%),Anguillospora(7.92%)and Subulicystidium(2.10%)in the roots,Didymella(2.52%)and Arthrocatena(2.19%)in the stems,and Filobasidium(2.47%)and Pyrenochaeta(2.05%)in the leaves.LEfSe analysis further revealed the indicator species for different tissues,which were Spirosphaera for root,Arthrocatena for stem,and Filobasidium for leaf.【Conclusion】The study revealed the differences on fungal community structure in various tissues of C.multiflorus,and abundant endophytic fungal resources in the tissue organs of C.multiflorus were found.
