摘要
非圆曲线在航空航天、汽车和医疗等需要复杂几何形状和精密加工的各个行业中必不可少。探讨了宏程序和VERICUT软件在非圆曲线数控(NC)仿真加工技术开发中的应用。该研究以非圆曲线正弦曲线槽为例,应用宏程序编程以及使用VERICUT进行精确仿真和优化,实现非圆曲线正弦曲线槽数控仿真加工。通过案例研究和分析,验证了宏程序和VERICUT在提高类似非圆曲线的加工精度、减少误差和优化整体制造过程方面的有效性。
Non-circular curves are essential in industries such as aerospace,automotive,and medical,where complex geometries and precision machining are required.This paper explores the application of macro programming and VERICUT software in the development of non-circular curve Computer Numerical Control(CNC)simulation machining technology.Taking the example of a non-circular curve sinusoidal groove,macro programming and VERICUT are employed for precise simulation and optimization,enabling CNC simulation machining of non-circular curve sinusoidal grooves.Through case studies and analysis,this paper emphasizes the effectiveness of macro programming and VERICUT in improving the machining accuracy of non-circular curve-like features,reducing errors,and optimizing the overall manufacturing process.
