摘要
为规范施工现场人员的作业行为,杜绝现场不安全行为,本文以某1 000 k V特高压变电站建设项目为例,对施工作业人员的不安全行为识别方法展开设计与研究。根据现场施工进度,定位现场关键施工节点和常规监控无法部署的区域,在该区域内布置CCD摄像机、控制台和触摸屏等设备,并将其与终端计算机建立良好的通信连接,以采集变电站作业人员现场施工图像;按规范预处理采集图像,以此为依据,提取变电站建设施工作业人员的行为特征;根据现场施工类型与不同作业区域,引进注意力机制分类不安全施工行为,匹配与识别现场的不安全行为。结果表明,使用本文方法识别施工作业人员的不安全行为,可精准检测、识别并分类现场潜在的不同类别违规操作行为。
In order to standardize the operational behavior of construction site personnel and eliminate unsafe behaviors on site,a design study was conducted on the identification method of construction workers′ unsafe behaviors in a 1 000 kV ultra-high voltage substation construction project.Based on the on-site construction progress,locate key construction nodes and areas where conventional monitoring cannot be deployed.Arrange CCD cameras,control consoles,and touch screens in this area,and establish good communication connections with terminal computers to collect on-site construction images for substation operators.Preprocess the collected images according to specifications,and based on this,extract the behavioral characteristics of substation construction workers.Based on the type of on-site construction and different operating areas,attention mechanisms are introduced to classify unsafe construction behaviors,in order to achieve matching and identification of unsafe behaviors on site.The application results of the example show that using design methods to identify unsafe behaviors of construction workers can accurately detect,identify,and classify potential different types of violations on site.
