摘要
从思想实验的角度来理解鲁迅的《伤逝》,小说中的爱情构成了个人主义在中国可能性的提喻。围绕个体自主性的问题意识,结合鲁迅早期对于个人主义的理论思考,透过对子君和涓生的行事逻辑和常人角色的分析,尤其是借助于个人主义、真实性、不道德这一组具有内在联系的观念符码,可以看到个人主义在中国社会遭受失败的必然命运。鲁迅本人在涓生的双重拒绝中所显示的无地彷徨,其实是依然在坚持着其早年的启蒙理想。《伤逝》为作为思想实验的文学提供了一个优质范本,据此我们可以重思此类文学文本的性质,即应该为摧毁常识、引人深思提供表征。
As a thought experiment,the love in Lu Xun's story“Regret for the Past”(Shang Shi)constitutes a metaphor for the possibility of individualism in China.Its focus on the problem of individual autonomy is combined with Lu Xun's early theoretical reflections on individualism and his analysis of the logic of Zijun's and Juansheng's actions and the roles of ordinary people.The story draws in particular on a set of intrinsically linked conceptual symbols—individualism,truth and immorality,from which we can discern the inevitable fate of individualism in Chinese society.Lu Xun's own helplessness in the face of Juansheng's double rejection is,in fact,an adherence to the enlightenment ideals of his early years.As an experiment in thought,“Regret for the Past”provides a high quality model for literature;in this light we can rethink the nature of this kind of literary text,one that destroys common knowledge and provokes deeper thought through literary symptoms.
