摘要
目的 研究早期持续被动运动结合预警分级管理模式对髋部骨折术后患者并发症发生情况及髋关节功能的影响。方法 选取2019年2月至2021年9月收治的84例髋部骨折术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取早期持续被动运动结合预警分级管理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的双腿周径小于对照组,下肢动脉血流速度大于对照组,D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,关节活动度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期持续被动运动结合预警分级管理模式不仅能够改善髋部骨折术后患者的双下肢相关指标,促进髋关节功能恢复,还能减少术后并发症,值得推广。
Objective To study the influences of early continuous passive motion combined with warning graded management mode on incidence of complication and hip joint function in patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients after hip fracture surgery treated from February 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early continuous passive motion combined with warning graded management mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the circumference diameter of both legs in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the blood flow velocity of lower limb artery was greater than that in the control group,the level of D-dimer was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Harris hip joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the joint motion was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early continuous passive motion combined with warning graded management mode can not only improve the relevant indexes of both lower limbs of patients after hip fracture surgery,promote the recovery of hip joint function,but also reduce postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
