摘要
长期的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)会逐渐进展为肝硬化、肝癌等危及患者生命的疾病。近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变,非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)发病率呈上升趋势。因此,同时患有这两种疾病的患者比例也在不断增加。本文就CHB合并NAFLD患者的流行病学现状、发病机制、肝脏纤维化程度的进展情况、肝癌的发生、无创诊断疾病进展的分子标志物及治疗现状等研究进行了综述,为该病预防及诊治提供一定的理论基础。
Long-term chronic hepatitis B(CHB)will gradually progress to cirrhosis,liver cancer and other life-threatening diseases.In recent years,with the change of people's lifestyle,the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is on the rise.Therefore,the proportion of patients with both diseases is also increasing.This article reviews the epidemiological status,pathogenesis,progression of liver fibrosis,occurrence of liver cancer,molecular markers for non-invasive diagnosis of disease progression and treatment status of CHB patients with NAFLD,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
