摘要
近年来发生了多起高压开关柜火灾事故,传统开关柜灭火通过人工方式灭火,存在灭火效率低、人员风险大等问题。现有开关柜自动灭火装置研究存在引入电场畸变、启动阈值不清及灭火剂选择不当等问题。为解决上述问题,文中开展了高压开关柜故障起火自动灭火系统研究。优化设计了了灭火剂喷头结构,降低了最大场强,避免了绝缘击穿风险。进行了真型开关柜火灾模拟试验,基于试验过程中温度场分布确定了灭火装置启动阈值。探索了灭火剂类型与用量,确定了合理的高压开关柜灭火剂设置方案。建立了完整的高压开关柜自动灭火系统,试验结果表明文中所提出灭火系统快速有效。
In recent years,multiple fire accidents of high voltage switchgear cabinet have happened.The fire extin-guishing of traditional switchgear cabient is performed manually,which has such problems as low efficiency and high risk.The study of automatic fire extinguishing device for existing high voltage switchgear cabinet has such problems as electric field distortion,unclear starting threshold and improper selection of fire extinguishing agent.For solving above problem,the study of automatic fire extinguishing system is developed in this paper.Firstly,the sprinkler structure of fire extinguishing agent is optimized so to reduce the maximum electrical field strength and avoid dielec-trci breakdown risk.Then,a fire simulation test of true switchgear cabinet is carried out,and the starting threshold of fire extinguishing device is determined based on the temperature field distribution during the test.Moreover,type and dosage of the extinguishing agent are studied,and a reasonable extinguishing agent setting scheme for high volt-age switchgear cabinet is determined.A complete automatic fire extinguishing system of high voltage switchgear cabi-net is set up.The test results show that the developed fire extinguishing system is fast and effective.
