基于Landsat数据的海上油气开采平台提取方法研究

摘要 针对目前利用遥感影像提取海上油气开采平台存在的不足,提出了一种基于Landsat7遥感影像的海上油气开采平台的提取方法。首先对Landsat 7影像进行数据辐射校正和陆地掩膜等预处理,然后采用阈值分割法去除海水和厚云,对海上油气开采平台进行提取,再利用云层位置差进行叠置分析,去除薄云和舰船等虚警,最后叠加频率计算分析的方法对开采平台进行分类,筛选出海上油气开采平台。研究选择文莱与马来西亚交界的海域为研究区,通过1999年至2008年共8景Landsat影像,共检测到61个油气平台,其中位于我国九段线内的有1个,经纬度为(4°47′1.6″N,113°28′23.3″E)。该结果对我国掌握水下障碍物,保障舰艇航行安全具有提供参考价值。 In view of shortcomings of extracting offshore oil and gas production platforms using remote sensing images,a meth⁃od for extracting offshore oil and gas production platforms based on Landsat 7 images is proposed.Firstly,the landsat 7 image is pre⁃processed with radiometric correction and land mask,and then the sea water and thick clouds are removed by threshold segmenta⁃tion method,and the offshore oil and gas production platform is extracted.Then,the cloud positon difference is used for overlay analysis to remove the false alarms such as thin clous and ships.The final overlay frequency calculation and analysis method is used to classify the production platform and screen the offshore oil and gas production platform.The sea area at the border of Brunei and Malaysia is selected as the research area.Throuth 8 Landsat images from 1999 to 2008,61 oil and gas platforms have been detected,including one located in the nine-segment line of China,with a longitude and latitude of(4°47′1.6″N,113°28′23.3″E).The re⁃sults have reference value for China to master underwater obstacles and ensure the navigation safety of ships.
