摘要 诊断策略的构建是装备测试性设计过程中重要的一环,为增强装备的故障检测功能和效率,该过程显得尤为关键。针对在实际工程应用中经常出现虚警、漏检等测试不确定因素,严重影响诊断策略的优化设计,当前启发式搜索算法在测试的不确定性条件下,难以有效地进行诊断策略的优化。因此,论文引入了一种融合多种策略的改良型鲸鱼优化算法,以促进诊断策略的最优化。首先建立了测试不确定条件下诊断策略优化问题的数学模型;然后设计了以测试成本、测试可靠度和错误诊断代价为优化目标,采用了经过修正的鲸鱼优化算法,针对“诊断策略优化”问题进行深入探讨;最后以某型装备的惯性测量组合为例进行实例验证,通过与普通鲸鱼优化算法和算法的对比,体现出该算法在收敛速度和全局搜索效率方面的优势,验证了算法的可行性和有效性。 The construction of the diagnostic strategy is an important part of the equipment testability design process,which is of great significance to improve the fault diagnosis capability and diagnostic efficiency of the equipment.In view of the fact that test uncertainties such as false alarms and missed tests often occur in practical engineering applications,which seriously affects the opti⁃mal design of diagnostic strategies,and that the existing heuristic search algorithm is difficult to solve the diagnostic strategy optimi⁃zation problem under test uncertainty conditions,a diagnostic strategy optimization method based on multi-strategy fusion improved whale optimization algorithm is proposed.The mathematical model of the diagnostic strategy optimization problem under test uncer⁃tainty is firstly established.Then the improved whale optimization algorithm is designed to solve the diagnostic strategy optimization problem with test cost,test reliability and error diagnosis cost as the optimization objectives.Finally,the inertial measurement com⁃bination of a certain type of equipment is used as an example for instance verification,and through the comparison with the common whale optimization algorithm,algorithm and quasi-depth search algorithm.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by comparing it with the common whale optimization algorithm and the algorithm,which reflects the advantages of the al⁃gorithm in terms of convergence speed and global search efficiency.
