摘要
目的 了解2003—2022年北京市房山区主要消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡情况及变化趋势,为制定防控策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法 分析2003—2022年房山区户籍人口死因监测数据资料,计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率、平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)并进行时间趋势分析。结果 2003—2022年房山区居民6种主要消化系统恶性肿瘤死亡8 452例,粗死亡率为54.37/10万,标化死亡率为41.39/10万,粗死亡率呈明显上升趋势,年均上升速度为2.640%(AAPC=2.640,P<0.05)。男性粗死亡率高于女性(χ^(2)=862.304,P<0.05)。肝癌、胃癌的标化死亡率呈下降趋势(P<0.05),其他主要消化系统恶性肿瘤(不含食管癌)的粗死亡率均呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论 房山区近20年主要消化系统恶性肿瘤的死亡率呈上升趋势,结直肠和肛门癌死亡率上升趋势明显,应针对不同消化系统恶性肿瘤加强综合防控措施。
Objective To analyze the time trends of mortality of digestive system cancer in Fangshan district of Beijing from 2003 to 2022,and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies and interventions.Methods The data of cause of death surveillance of residents in Fangshan district from 2003 to 2022 were analyzed,and the crude mortality rate and standardized mortality rate,and average annual percentage change(AAPC)were calculated,and the time trend was analyzed.Results From 2003 to 2022,8452 cases in Fangshan district died of six major digestive system cancer.The crude mortality rate was 54.37/100000,the standardization rate was 41.39/100000,and the crude mortality rate showed a significant upward trend,with an average annual increase rate of 2.640%(AAPC=2.640,P<0.05).The crude mortality rate of major digestive system cancer in men was higher than that of women(x2=862.304,P<0.05).The standardized mortality rates of liver cancer and gastric cancer were decreasing(P<0.05),while the crude mortality rates of other major digestive system cancer(excluding esophageal cancer)were all increasing(P<0.05).Conclusions In the past 20 years,the mortality rate of major digestive system cancer in Fangshan district has shown an upward trend,and comprehensive prevention and control measures should be strengthened for different digestive system cancer.
