摘要
为探究预紧力失谐对考虑等效接触层的拉杆转子稳态响应的影响,在预应力模态分析基础上,对多级拉杆转子进行正弦激励力作用下的谐响应分析,并通过各响应输出结果得到在一定激励频率范围内的响应振幅变化规律。研究表明:在200~1220Hz范围内,频率-振幅曲线存在320Hz和1160Hz两个波峰,且随预紧力失谐程度的增加,第一波峰对应峰值在预紧力0%~15%失谐范围内逐渐变大,在预紧力15%~25%失谐范围内逐渐降低;而第二波峰对应峰值在预紧力0%~25%失谐范围内则基本呈现增大趋势。同时,结合预应力模态分析结果及谐响应结果可知,系统固有频率对预紧力失谐的敏感度明显低于系统稳态响应对预紧力失谐的敏感度。
To investigate the influences of pre-tightening detuning on the steady-state response of tie-rod rotor considering equivalent contact layer,the harmonic response of multistage tie-rod rotor under sinusoidal excitation force is analyzed in detail.On the basis of pre-stressed modal analysis,the response amplitude within a certain range of excitation frequency is obtained.The result shows that there are two peaks in the frequency-amplitude curve,namely,320Hz and 1160Hz within the range of 200Hz~1220Hz;With the increase of pre-tightening detuning degree,the corresponding peak value of the first wave increases gradually in the detuning range of 0%~15%,and gradually decreases in the detuning range of 15%~25%.However,the corresponding peak of the second wave shows an increasing trend in the detuning range of 0%~25%.At the same time,it was discovered that the sensitivity of natural frequency to pre-tightening detuning is significantly lower than that of steady-state response,combined with the pre-stressed modal analysis results and harmonic response results.
