摘要
现有文献关于大数据能力的研究还未深入展开,尤其缺乏成熟理论基础上的大数据能力内涵、结构与要素研究。以动态能力理论为基础,结合能力层级分类理论,提出了基于动态能力演进的L-TRPL整合性分析框架。在此基础上阐述了大数据能力的概念和内涵;探究了大数据基础能力、大数据应用能力和大数据发展能力等3个不同维度的大数据能力结构及相互作用关系;进而从大数据的技术、应用与管理属性特征出发,对大数据能力的构成要素进行分层次详细论述。研究有助于丰富大数据能力研究的理论成果,为进一步探究大数据能力的测度、大数据能力形成的驱动因素、大数据能力与企业绩效等变量之间的相互关系打下坚实基础;也为企业大数据能力的识别、构建、整合等管理实践,提供有益建议。
The existing literature on the capability of big data has not been thoroughly explored,especially lacks the study of definition,structure and impact factors based on a systematic theory.As a result,we put forward a comprehensive L-TRPL analytical framework based on the dynamic capability theory and capability-level classification theory.On this basis,the paper elaborated the concept and connotation of big data capabilities,explored the big data capability structure and interaction in three different dimensions of"big data foundation ability,big data application ability and big data development ability".Furthermore,starting from the characteristics of technology,application and management,the components of big data capabilities are discussed in detail at different levels.This research not only contributes to enriching the theoretical achievements of research on Big Data Capabilities and laying a solid foundation for further exploration of"Big Data Capacity measurement,drivers of Big Data Capability,the interrelationships between Big Data Capabilities and business performance,but also provide useful suggestions for the enterprise of Big Data Capacity identification,construction,integration and other management practices.
