摘要
目的研究1,8-桉叶油素(1,8-cineole)对常见口腔致龋菌的抑菌作用,探讨其防治龋病的可能性。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),采用平板接种法测定最小杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)。测定四种细菌在72 h内的生长曲线,观察随时间变化,药物对细菌活性的影响。结果1,8-桉叶油素对乳酸杆菌、粘性放线菌、变异链球菌、血链球菌的生长有抑制作用,其MIC分别为31.3μl/ml、15.6μl/ml、3.9μl/ml、3.9μl/ml,其MBC分别为125μl/ml、125μl/ml、15.6μl/ml、15.6μl/ml。随时间变化,一定浓度范围内,1,8桉叶油素对上述4种细菌具有不同程度抑制作用,MIC浓度下,可完全抑制细菌生长。结论1,8-桉叶油素对乳酸杆菌、变异链球菌、血链球菌、粘性放线菌的生长增殖有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of 1,8-cineole on common oral cariogenic bacteria and explore the possibility of caries prevention and treatment.Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by broth dilution method,and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)determined by plate inoculation method.The growth curves of four kinds of bacteria within 72 hours were measured,and the effects of drugs on the bacterial activity were observed.Results 1,8-cineole inhibited the growth of Lactobacillus,actinomycetes viscosus,Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sanguinus.Over time,1,8 cineole could inhibit the growth of the above four bacteria to varying degrees within a certain concentration range.At MIC concentration,it could completely inhibit the growth of bacteria.Conclusions 1,8-cineole can inhibit the growth and reproduction of Lactobacillus,Streptococcus mutans,Streptococcus haemolyticus and actinomycetes viscosus.
