摘要
【目的】通过对杭锦2#土进行活化、改性、负载,制备具有催化酯交换反应活性的固体酸催化剂。【方法】以杭锦2#土为基体,对其进行酸活化制备活性白土,负载Zr制得复合载体,经酸浸渍、焙烧获得SO_(4)^(2)-/ZrO_(2)-杭锦2#土固体酸催化剂,并采用FTIR、SEM、BET、XRD技术手段对制备的固体酸催化剂表征,通过催化文冠果种仁油和甲醇的酯交换反应,确定其催化活性。【结果】杭锦2#土经活化后,比表面积明显增大,可成功制得SO_(4)^(2)-/ZrO_(2)-杭锦2#土固体酸催化剂,并且具有一定的酯交换反应催化活性。【结论】杭锦2#土经活化、改性、负载可以制得具有一定催化酯交换反应活性的固体酸催化剂。
[Purposes]The solid acid catalyst with catalytic activity for transesterification was prepared by activating,modifying and loading the Hangjin 2#clay.[Methods]Hangjin 2#clay was activated by sulfu⁃ric acid to prepare activated clay,which It was used for preparing a composite carrier by loading Zr.The solid acid catalyst of SO_(4)^(2)-/ZrO_(2)-Hangjin 2#clay was obtained by sulfuric acid impregnation and roasting of the composite carrier.The prepared solid acid catalyst was characterized by FTIR,SEM,BET,XRD technology.The catalytic activity was determined by the transesterification of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia bunge kernel oil.[Findings]After activation,the specific surface area of Hangjin 2#clay increased sig⁃nificantly,and SO_(4)^(2)-/ZrO_(2)-Hangjin 2#clay solid acid catalyst could be successfully prepared,and it had a certain catalytic activity for transesterification.[Conclusions]The solid acid catalyst of SO_(4)^(2)-/ZrO_(2)-Hangjin 2#clay can be prepared successfully by activating,modifying and loading.
