摘要
概述了氢化苯乙烯–异戊二烯–苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEPS)的合成工艺、结构表征方法及其改性方法和新的应用领域。采用阴离子聚合再经均相镍催化剂加氢是SEPS最适宜工业化生产的合成方法。该文通过傅里叶转变红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(NMR)、动态热机械分析(DMTA)、差式扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试方法,系统地对SEPS的分子链结构、微相分离结构及其他结构进行表征分析。无机材料、热塑性材料及热固新材料改性SEPS可获得综合性能更优的复合材料。SEPS优异的综合性能使其逐渐渗透到热熔胶、医疗制品、气体渗透膜、电池相变材料等应用领域。
This paper summarizes the synthesis process,structural characterization methods,modification methods,and new application fields of hydro-styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers(SEPS).The use of anionic polymerization followed by homogeneous nickel catalyst hydrogenation is the most suitable synthesis method for industrial production of SEPS.This paper systematically characterizes and analyzes the molecular chain structure,microphase separation structure,and other structures of SEPS through testing methods such as FTIR,NMR,DMTA,DSC,SEM and TEM.Inorganic materials,thermoplastic materials,and thermosetting new materials modified SEPS can obtain composite materials with better overall performance.The excellent comprehensive performance of SEPS gradually penetrates into applications such as hot melt adhesives,medical products,gas permeation membranes,and battery phase change materials.
