摘要
目的 评价清单管理结合PDCA护理模式在结核性胸膜炎患者留置一次性无菌引流导管中的应用效果。方法 选取在盐城市某传染病医院2020年10月—2021年6月住院治疗的136例结核性胸膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料匹配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用清单管理结合PDCA护理模式。比较两组患者焦虑得分、导管留置期间不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果 两组患者入院后焦虑得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,观察组患者焦虑得分低于对照组,并且对护理的满意度得分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 清单管理结合PDCA护理模式可减轻结核性胸膜炎患者焦虑情绪,降低留置导管期间不良事件发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of checklist management combined with PDCA nursing model in indwelling disposable sterile drainage catheter in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods A total of 136 patients with tuberculous pleurisy who were hospitalized in an infectious disease hospital in Yancheng city from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of matching baseline data between groups,with 68patients in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group adopted checklist management combined with PDCA nursing model intervention on the basis of routine care.The anxiety scores,incidence of adverse events during catheter indwelling,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety scores between the two groups of patients after admission(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the anxiety score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Checklist management combined with PDCA nursing model can reduce the anxiety of patients with tuberculous pleurisy,reduce the incidence of adverse events during catheter indwelling,and improve patients' nursing satisfaction.
