摘要
塑料由于其密度低、力学性能强、易电镀喷漆等特点,在新能源汽车零部件上得到广泛应用,有力推动了以塑代钢的轻量化技术发展。超声波穿刺焊接作为一种清洁、快速的焊接方法,已经成为装配塑料零部件的关键技术之一。从穿刺焊接原理及工艺、材料特性、焊接设备和应用四个方面介绍,以期对穿刺焊接的未来发展进行展望。
Plastic had been widely used in new energy automobile parts due to its low density,strong mechanical properties and easy electroplating and painting,which had effectively promoted the development of lightweight technology with plastic instead of steel.As a clean and fast welding method,ultrasonic puncture welding had become one of the key technologies for assembling plastic polymer parts.The future development of spot welding was prospected from four aspects,such as,puncture welding principle and technology,material characteristics,welding equipment and application.
