摘要
教师专业发展是新生代乡村教师“留得住”的内源式路径,乡土文化是新生代乡村教师专业发展的源动力。新生代乡村教师增强乡村教学生活适应性,提升自身专业发展,须保持必要的文化自觉。“乡里人”身份认同、“潮土共生”的理性自觉以及“回乡为农”的实践自觉是新生代乡村教师文化自觉的内在意蕴。新生代乡村教师专业发展面临着乡土身份迷失、乡土素养匮乏和学校文化落伍等诸多文化困境。通过重塑新生代乡村教师身份认同、聚焦新生代乡村教师专业发展特质、变革乡村学校的学校文化,以提高新生代乡村教师专业发展的内生动力、乡土素养以及乡村文化振兴参与度,成为新生代乡村教师专业发展文化自觉的突围路径。
Teacher professional development is the endogenous path of the retention of new generation rural teachers,and rural culture is the source power of the professional development of new generation rural teachers.Therefore,in order to enhance the adaptability to rural teaching life and improve their professional development,the new generation of rural teachers must maintain the necessary cultural consciousness.The identity of“villagers”,the rational consciousness of“tideland symbiosis”and the practical consciousness of“returning home for farming”are the inner implications of the cultural consciousness of the new generation rural teachers.However,the professional development of the new generation rural teachers is facing many cultural dilemmas,such as the loss of local identity,the lack of local literacy and backward school culture.By reshaping the identity of the new generation rural teachers,focusing on their special characteristics professional development,and transforming school culture of rural schools,we can improve the endogenous motivation,local literacy and participation in rural cultural revitalization of the new generation rural teachers for their professional development,which can become a breakthrough path for their cultural consciousness.
