基于超声技术的关节用水凝胶制备与应用

摘要 制备壳聚糖基水凝胶用于关节损伤治疗,为进一步检测关节修复诊断效果,使用高频超声检测关节修复。通过高频超声检查1248个位置,包括858个手关节和390个肌腱,以评估壳聚糖基水凝胶治疗效果及是否存在骨侵蚀、骨髓水肿、滑膜增生、关节渗出、肌腱炎和腱鞘水肿。研究结果表明,壳聚糖基水凝胶表面及内部具有较好的孔隙结构,方便吸收体液,并进一步促进骨关节损伤修复,且高频超声可检测出肌腱鞘水肿,有效检测和诊断关节修复状况。研究结果可为关节修复诊断检测提供参考。 Chitosan based hydrogels were prepared for the treatment of joint injuries.To further test the diagnostic effect of joint repair,high-frequency ultrasound was used to detect joint repair.Through high frequency ultrasound examination of 1248 positions,including 858 hand joints and 390 tendons,the treatment effect of chitosan-based hydrogel and the presence of bone erosion,bone marrow edema,synovial hyperplasia,joint effusion,tendinitis and tendon sheath edema were evaluated.The results showed that the surface and interior of chitosan-based hydrogel had good pore structure,which was convenient for absorbing body fluid and further promoting the repair of bone and joint injuries,and high-frequency ultrasound could detect edema in the tendon sheath,effectively detecting and diagnosing joint repair status.The research results can provide reference for the diagnosis and detection of joint repair.
