摘要
目的 观察腕带在大型综合性医院功能检查区患者身份识别中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4—7月天津市第一中心医院就诊于消化科门诊且需要内镜检查的患者共160例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。观察组在就诊后佩戴一次性腕带,在内镜诊区由护士根据腕带标志安排检查。对照组患者不佩戴腕带,内镜诊区护士常规详细核对患者信息后安排检查。对比两组患者的身份识别时长、就诊总时长、身份识别准确率、就诊满意度。结果 观察组患者的身份识别时长及就诊总时长均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的身份识别准确率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者对就诊的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 大型医院门诊标志性腕带的应用,可以有效缩短患者在功能检查区的等待时间,提升患者的就诊满意度,且未影响患者身份识别的准确率,值得进一步研究和应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of wristband in the identification of patients in functional examination area of large general hospital.Methods A total of 160 patients requiring endoscopy in the gastroenterology outpatient department of Tianjin First Central Hospital from April to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were wearing disposable wristbands after treatment,and were then arranged for examination by nurses in the endoscopic examination area based on the wristband markings.Patients in the control group were not wearing wristbands and were arranged for examination by nurses in the endoscopic examination area after routine and detailed verification of patient information.The duration of identification,the total duration of treatment,the accuracy rate of identification and the satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of identification and the total length of visits in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of identification in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction with visits in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of landmark wristbands in outpatient clinics of large comprehensive hospitals can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients in the functional examination area,and enhance patient satisfaction with medical treatment,while it does not affect the accuracy of patient identification.It is worth further research and application.
