基于雷达料位监测和机尾红外热成像的自动布料系统

Automatic distribution system based on radar level monitoring and infrared thermography at tail section

摘要 为了提高烧结生产控制的自动化程度、烧结过程均匀性和烧结产、质量指标,开发了烧结混合料自动布料系统。该系统通过采用雷达料位仪监测料面宽度方向的分区料厚值,并与目标料厚进行比对,获得直接的分区料厚偏差量。通过红外热成像技术采集烧结机尾断面红外热成像视频及特征图像,分析烧结断面宽度方向分区温度分布、高温带厚度、烧结终点位置,获得间接的分区料厚偏差量。结合这两个分区料厚偏差量,反馈调节烧结布料圆辊转速和小闸门开度,在原料结构稳定的情况下,实现了烧结自动布料。实践表明:雷达料位监测系统和红外热成像系统可以准确检测料层厚度、识别烧结断面热状态,自动布料系统运行稳定,显著减少了主控工作人员对布料过程的干预,对降低操作人员劳动强度具有积极作用。 In order to improve the automation degree of sintering production control,the uniformity of sintering process,and sintering production&specification,an automatic distribution system for sintering mixture is developed.A radar level gauge is used to monitor the material partition thickness value in the direction of the material surface width,and the target material thickness is compared to obtain a direct partition material thickness deviation.Then,the infrared thermography video and characteristic images of the tail section of the sintering machine are collected by infrared thermography technology,the temperature distribution of the sintering section in the width direction,the thickness of high-temperature zone,and the end point position of sintering are analyzed,while the material thickness deviation of indirect partition is obtained.Combined with the deviation of the material thickness of these two partitions,the speed of the sintered distribution roller and the opening of the small gate are adjusted by feedback,and the automatic distribution of sintering is realized under the condition with stable raw material structure.The production and application practice show that the radar level monitoring system and infrared thermography system can accurately detect the thickness of the material layer,identify the thermal state of the sintering section,and the automatic distribution system can run stably,which significantly reduces the intervention of the main control staff in the distribution process and has a positive effect on reducing the labor intensity of the operator.
