摘要
目的简要概述硫氧还蛋白体系与恶性肿瘤的关系,为开发新的肿瘤治疗药物提供参考。方法参考近年来已报道的相关文献,对硫氧还蛋白还原酶小分子抑制剂进行总结。结果概述了硫氧还蛋白体系以及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,总结了2017年至2023年发现的硫氧还蛋白还原酶抑制剂。结论研究靶向抑制硫氧还蛋白还原酶的候选药物和治疗策略,进一步开发调节活性氧稳态的小分子用来治疗癌症有很广阔的应用前景和重要意义。
Purposes—To briefly summarize the relationship between thioredoxin system and malignant tumors,and provide a reference for the development of new cancer treatment drugs.Methods—Small-molecule inhibitors of thioredoxin reductase are summarized with reference to the relevant literature that has been reported in recent years.Results—Thioredoxin system and its role in tumor development are briefly reviewed,and thioredoxin reductase inhibitors discovered between 2017 and 2023 are summarized.Conclusions—The study of drug candidates and therapeutic strategies by targeting inhibition of thioredoxin reductase,and the further development of small-molecules by regulating reactive oxygen species homeostasis have broad application prospects and important significance for the treatment of cancer.
