摘要
心血管疾病是全球发病率和病死率均位居前列的疾病。血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells, VSMCs)是动脉血管壁中的主要细胞类型,其不同表型转换会导致多种心血管疾病发生。最常见的疾病类型主要包括动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、主动脉瘤和血管钙化等。因此,本综述总结常见心血管疾病中VSMCs不同表型及其特征和功能,对其中可能的分子机制进行总结。
Cardiovascular disease is one of the most prevalent diseases in the world in terms of morbidity and mortal-ity.Vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)are the main cell types in the arterial vascular wall,and their different phe-notypic transformations lead to a variety of cardiovascular diseases.The most common disease types mainly include atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,aortic aneurysm and vascular calcification.Therefore,this review summarizes the different phenotypes of VSMCs in common cardiovascular diseases as well as their characteristics and functions,and the possible molecular mechanisms.
