摘要
目的:探讨内固定方式对不稳定型股骨转子间骨折并发症的影响。方法:选取2016年3月—2019年12月灵宝市第二人民医院收治的80例不稳定型股骨转子间骨折合并内侧壁缺损患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为观察组(解剖型锁定钢板内固定)、对照组(动力髋螺钉内固定),每组各40例。对比两组患者术后并发症以及髋部骨折功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者切口长度、手术操作时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,且术中失血量以及置管引流量均低于对照组,髋关节优良率显著高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.339、3.270、6.021、6.670、12.054;χ^(2)=4.713、3.914;P<0.05)。结论:内固定方式对不稳定型股骨转子间骨折并发症的影响显著,选取合适的内固定方式,可加快术后康复,减少术后并发症,促进功能恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation modalities on the complications of unstable intertrochanteric femur fractures.Methods:80 patients with unstable intertrochanteric femur fractures combined with medial wall defects were randomly selected from March 2016 to December 2019 as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group(anatomical locking steel plate internal fixation)and the control group(powered hip screw internal fixation),with 40 cases in each group.Postoperative complications and improvement in hip fracture function were compared between the two groups.Results:The length of incision,surgical operation time,and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss and tube placement and drainage were lower than those of the control group,the rate of hip joint excellence in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.339,3.270,6.021,12.054,χ^(2)=4.713,3.914,P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation modalities have a significant impact on the complications of unstable intertrochanteric femur fractures,and the selection of appropriate internal fixation modalities can accelerate postoperative rehabilitation,reduce postoperative complications,and promote functional recovery.
