摘要
目的研究西藏高原地区成年健康人群的淋巴细胞亚群参考范围。方法挑选2023年4月至6月期间在我院进行体检的161例健康成人,利用流式细胞仪分析淋巴亚群百分比,按年龄和性别分析影响因素,采用百分位数法建立95%置信区间作为正常人参考范围。结果淋巴细胞亚群正常参考范围CD3^(+)%(56.16~81.06)、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)%(25.02~50.44)、CD3^(+)CD8+%(14.52~42.02)、CD3-CD19^(+)%(5.83~30.66)、CD3-CD56^(+)%(5.01~18.65)、CD4/CD8(0.68~2.98);在不同年龄阶段,T细胞(CD3^(+))百分比和NK细胞(CD3-CD56^(+))百分比差异具有统计学意义,特别是(18~30岁)和(>50岁)年龄组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD4^(+)T细胞(CD3^(+)CD4^(+))和CD8+T细胞(CD3^(+)CD8+)、B细胞(CD3-CD19^(+))亚群百分比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同性别之间,NK细胞(CD3-CD56^(+))百分比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初步建立了西藏高原地区成年健康人群外周血淋巴细胞亚群的参考范围,能更好地为高原地区相关疾病的诊疗提供重要的依据,发挥其实际应用价值。
Objective To investigate the reference range of lymphocyte subsets of adult and healthy people in Xizang Plateau area.Methods We enrolled 161 healthy adults who did the physical examination in our hospital from April to June 2023 for the current study.We used flow cytometry to detect the percentage of lymphoid subsets,then analyzed the influence factor by age and gender,and further established 95%confidence interval as the reference range of normal people by using percentile method.Results The normal reference range were CD3^(+)%(56.16-81.06),CD3^(+)CD4^(+)%(25.02-50.44),CD3^(+)CD8^(+)%(14.52-42.02),CD3-CD19^(+)%(5.83-30.66),CD3-CD56^(+)%(5.01-18.65),and CD4/CD8(0.68-2.98).Among age stages,there were significant differences in the percentage of T cells(CD3^(+))and NK cells(CD3-CD56^(+)),especially for age groups of 18-30 years old and>50 years old with significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)for the subpopulation percentage of CD4^(+)T cells(CD3^(+)CD4^(+)),CD8^(+)T cells CD3^(+)CD8^(+))and B cells(CD3-CD19^(+)).There was a significant difference in the percentage of NK cells(CD3-CD56^(+))between different genders(P<0.05).Conclusion We establish the reference range of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets of adult and healthy people in the Xizang plateau area,which can provide an important reference basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases in the plateau area and exert its practical application value.
