摘要
中国制定了国家粮食安全新战略,以确保谷物自给自足和口粮绝对安全。然而,研究发现,传统粮食储备系统存在效率低下和数据不透明等问题。为了应对这些挑战,该研究提出了一个现代化管理方案,利用大数据和物联网等现代信息技术来提高粮食储备库点的生产管理效率和监管水平。该方案旨在建立一个“穿透式”监管框架,通过信息化监管提升粮食储备库点的管理效能。具体而言,大数据技术的应用可以实现对粮食储备库点生产流程的实时监控和数据分析,从而及时发现问题并采取相应措施;同时,物联网技术的应用可以实现对储备库点的远程监控和智能化管理,提高作业效率和资源利用率。通过建立统一的信息平台,可以实现各级储备库点之间的数据共享和协同,提升整个系统的运行效率和信息透明度,这将为保障国家粮食安全提供更加可靠的支持,并为粮食行业的发展注入新的活力。
Food is a fundamental necessity for people,and ensuring food supply has always been a top priority in governing China,a large country with a large population.To ensure food security,China has formulated a new strategy for national food security that aims to achieve basic self-sufficiency of grains and absolute safety of staple food.The management and supervision of grain reserves are crucial to China's economic development and social stability as an important means to ensure national food security.However,traditional grain reserve systems suffer from problems such as low efficiency and data opacity.With the rapid development of the global digital economy,China has deepened its efforts to build a network power and promote digital China construction.The application of modern information technology has become an inevitable choice to improve the efficiency and level of supervision of grain reserve system management.This article aims to improve the modern management of grain reserve systems and proposes a"penetrating"regulatory framework that uses modern information technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things to improve the production management efficiency of grain reserve sites and enhance the information supervision level of grain reserve sites at all levels.
