盐穴储气库井连续油管切割解卡技术实践与应用

摘要 连续油管切割技术是利用连续油管的优点研制的新型井下切割工艺,本文通过对连续油管机械切割工艺优化,配套液压锚定器等工具改进,实现了连续油管在盐穴井内成功切割,大幅缩短了施工周期,降低劳动强度,提高施工效率,节约了成本。 Coiled tubing cutting technology is a new type of downhole cutting technology developed by utilizing the advantages of coiled tubing.By optimizing the mechanical cutting technology of coiled tubing and improving the tools such as supporting hydraulic anchors,this paper has realized the successful cutting of coiled tubing in salt cave wells,greatly shortening the construction period,reducing labor intensity,improving construction efficiency and saving costs.
