2016—2020年深圳市大气污染治理成效及健康效益研究

摘要 本研究针对深圳市2016年至2020年间实施的大气污染治理措施,开展措施落实成效及健康效益评估。结果表明,2020年SO_(2)、NO_(x)、VOCs、CO、PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)的排放量分别较2015年减少1.09万吨、3.83万吨、3.49万吨、6.57万吨、2.06万吨和0.64万吨。污染治理措施的实施避免的早逝人数为518(406,569)人,避免的健康经济损失约为30.4(23.8,33.3)亿元。其中,机动车、扬尘、船舶污染治理措施对空气质量改善和人群健康的贡献最大,相关污染源的治理在下阶段的施制制定过程中也应予以重点关注。 This study evaluated the effectiveness of air pollution control measures implemented in Shenzhen between 2016 and 2020 in terms of their implementation efficiency and health benefits.It was found that in 2020,the emissions of SO_(2),NO_(x),VOCs,CO,PM_(10),and PM_(2.5) were reduced by 10.9 thousand tons,38.3 thousand tons,34.9 thousand tons,65.7 thousand tons,20.6 thousand tons,and 6.40 thousand tons,respectively,compared with 2015.The implementation of pollution control measures prevented 518(406,569)premature deaths and avoided economic losses of 3.04(2.38,3.33)billion yuan.The control measures for vehicle exhaust,dust emissions,and ship emissions have made the greatest contribution to improving air quality and human health.Therefore,it is recommended that future policy formulation should prioritize the control of these sources.
