粤港澳融合下中药复合型本科人才培养模式的构建

摘要 基于粤港澳教育融合背景下,在总结分析粤港澳中药人才培养现状基础上,结合行业变革对高素质中药复合型人才的迫切需求,提出了中药复合型人才培养的目标及实现路径,在人才培养模式创新、师资队伍建设、课程体系优化、实践平台构建、教学模式革新等方面进行改革探讨,以期进一步提升粤港澳区域中药人才培养质量,为中药创新和应用复合型人才培养提供示范与引领作用。 Based on the integration of education between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,this paper proposes the cultivate goals and the realizing paths of composite talent in traditional Chinese medicine by summarizing and analyzing the present cultivation situation and the urgent demand for high-quality of composite talents in traditional Chinese medicine due to the reform of the industry.Reform and exploration are carried out in aspects such as cultivation model innovation,teacher team construction,curriculum system optimization,practice platform construction,and teaching mode innovation in order to further improve the cultivation quality of the talent in traditional Chinese medicine of the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao region.The paper expects to provide a demonstration and leading role for the cultivation of the innovative talents and applied talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
