贵州主要类别茶叶氟化物富集状况及健康风险评价

Characteristics of Fluoride Enrichment and Health Risk Evaluation of Major Categories of Tea in Guizhou

摘要 本文采用氟离子选择电极法检测了2021年贵州茶叶的含氟量,进而分析了贵州各产区成品茶中氟的富集状况和健康风险。结果表明,贵州各茶产业带242份茶叶氟含量为5.61~417.69 mg·kg^(-1),合格率为96.69%。不同种类茶叶氟含量排序为黑茶>红茶>绿茶>白茶;五大茶产业带中黔东氟含量均值最高。成人和青少年每日饮茶途径氟摄入量均值分别为0.011 mg·kg^(-1)bw和0.016 mg·kg^(-1)bw,饮茶危害熵均值分别为0.18和0.27。成年女性每日茶氟摄入量和危害熵均值分别为0.011 mg·kg^(-1)bw和0.19,是男性茶氟摄入量和危害熵的1.1倍左右。对饮茶群体而言,贵州各茶产业带成品茶中氟含量阈值安全。 In this paper,fluoride ion selective electrode method was used to detect the fluoride content of Guizhou tea in 2021,and then the enrichment status and health risk of fluoride in the finished tea of Guizhou were analyzed.The results showed that the fluorine content of 242 tea leaves from various tea industry belts in Guizhou was 5.61~417.69 mg·kg^(-1),and the qualified rate was 96.69%.The fluorine content of different kinds of tea was ranked as dark tea>black tea>green tea>white tea.Among the five tea industrial belts,the average fluorine content in east Guizhou is the highest.The average daily intake of fluoride through tea drinking was 0.011 mg·kg^(-1)bw for adults and 0.016 mg·kg^(-1)for adolescents,and the average harm entropy of tea drinking was 0.18 and 0.27,respectively.The average daily tea fluorine intake and hazard entropy of adult women were 0.011 mg·kg^(-1)bw and 0.19,respectively,which were about 1.1 times of that of male.For tea drinkers,the threshold of fluorine content in tea produced by various tea industries in Guizhou is safe.
