摘要
以泔水为主要原料,采用桶式固态厌氧发酵生产育肥猪用生物饲料,成功解决了泔水营养物的储存、保质和安全卫生等关键问题。经过5 d发酵,物料的pH低于3.8,保质期可以达到20 d左右,大肠杆菌的残留量低于3.0 CFU/g,完全符合饲料的卫生安全要求。用碳酸钠调节发酵泔水的pH至4.5~5.0,然后与常规配合饲料以2∶3的比例均匀混合,育肥猪的生长速度和饲料转化效率都优于对照的配合饲料,猪肉品质也完全符合国家安全卫生要求。与传统处理工艺相比,不仅改善了养殖场的卫生环境、降低了劳动强度,而且还有很好的经济效益。
This research focus on producing bio-feed for growing-finishing pigs using food waste as its main raw materials by anaerobic solid-state fermentation in buckets.It solved the problems concerned about the preservation of the nutrient in the food waste and its hygienic conditions.After 5 days fermentation,the pH of the fermented products is less than 3.8 and the preservation period will be lasted for about 20 days,the number of E.coli is less than 3.0 CFU/g,which was accorded with the feed hygienic requirements.By adjusting the pH value of the fermented products by Na_(2)CO_(3) to 4.5-5.0 and mixed with the compound feed for the growing-finishing pigs at the ratio of 2 to 3,the growth performance and the feed conversion ratio are all better than those of the controlled counterparts,meanwhile the pork quality of the tested group is accorded with the national safety and hygienic requirements.Compared with the traditional ways of treating food waste in the pig farms,it is not only improving the hygienic environment in the farms and reducing its labor cost,but also get very good rewards.
