摘要
针对新疆油田含油污泥产出量高,且不具备无害资源化处理条件的情况,以新疆油田采油二厂含油污泥为原料,通过加入悬浮剂、交联剂等制备出悬浮型、凝胶型两种不同强度的含油污泥调剖体系。性能评价结果表明:30%含油污泥+0.1%Z-2+0.1%TX-99的含油污泥悬浮体系,在渗透率为8.3μm^(2)时,含油污泥很容易注入岩心且注入压力上升较慢;30%含油污泥+脲醛的含油污泥凝胶体系成胶时间可控,对渗透率为4.36μm^(2)岩心的封堵率在90%以上,稳定性较好。
In view of the high output of oily sludge in Xinjiang oilfield and the lack of harmless resource treatment conditions,two different strength profile control systems of oily sludge,suspended and gel,were prepared by adding suspension,cross-linking agent and other additives to oily sludge from No.2 Oil Production Plant,and their performance was also evaluated.The results show that the permeability of TX-99 suspension system with 30%(mass fraction)oily sludge+0.1%Z-2+0.1%TX-99 is 8.3μm^(2),the oil mud is easy to inject into the core,and the injection pressure slowly increases;the gelling time of 30%(mass fraction)sludge+urea formaldehyde sludge gel system is controllable,the sealing rate to the core with a permeability of 4.36μm^(2) reaches over 90%.The sludge gel system has the advantage of good stability.
