摘要
推进农村职业教育现代化是我国在新征程上深入推进乡村振兴战略的重要抓手,新《职业教育法》的颁布施行为探寻农村职业教育现代化的法治推进路径提供了契机。现代化的农村职业教育在保障教育公平、培养新型农民和打造善治乡村等方面作用明显。当前推进农村职业教育现代化面临着无法适应农村“空心化”、办学条件落后、合作匮乏和教育同质化现象严重的问题,总结其困境成因是办学定位模糊、配套制度不健全和政府作用发挥有待提升。未来应在法治轨道上从明确办学定位、健全配套制度和全面提升政府投入力度这三个方面推进我国农村职业教育现代化。
Promoting the modernization of rural vocational education is an important starting point for China to further promote the rural revitalization strategy on the new journey.The promulgation and implementation of the newly revised Vocational Education Law provides an opportunity to explore the legal promotion path of rural vocational education modernization.Modern rural vocational education plays an important role in ensuring education equity,cultivating new farmers and building a well governed countryside.At present,the modernization of rural vocational education is faced with the problems of being unable to adapt to the“hollowing out”of rural areas,backward conditions for running schools,lack of cooperation and serious homogenization of education.The causes of these predicaments are vague orientation of running schools,imperfect supporting systems and the inadequate role of government.In the future,we should promote the modernization of rural vocational education in China from three aspects:clear orientation of running a school,perfect supporting system and comprehensively enhance government investment.
