摘要
为充分了解观赏鸢尾对低温条件的抗寒特性与生理机制,对德国鸢尾、溪荪鸢尾、野鸢尾、蓝蝴蝶鸢尾4种常见的观赏陆生鸢尾抗寒性进行研究.设定5℃、0℃、-5℃、-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25℃这7个温度梯度,在低温恒温槽内进行叶片降温处理,测定不同低温条件下鸢尾叶片的相对电导率、可溶性糖、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸,基于隶属度函数法和生理指标值综合计算植物抗寒性.结果表明,不同品种鸢尾抗寒性差别较大,抗寒性的强弱综合表现依次为德国鸢尾、溪荪鸢尾、野鸢尾、蓝蝴蝶鸢尾,隶属度值分别为0.4571、0.4405、0.4206、0.4087;德国鸢尾展现了良好的抗寒性,与几种宿根花卉抗寒特性的研究结果相吻合.
To fully understand the cold resistance characteristics and mechanism of the ornamental iris to low-temperature conditions,the cold resistance of four common ornamental land iris was studied.7 temperature gradients of 5℃,0℃,-5℃,-10℃,-15℃,-20℃and-25℃were set,and the leaves were lowered in a low-temperature constant temperature tank.The relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar,malondialdehyde and free proline of iris leaves were measured under different low temperature conditions.The cold resistance of plants was calculated based on membership function method and physiological index values.There was a great difference in cold resistance among different varieties of iris.The comprehensive performance of cold resistance was German iris,Hippophora iris,wild iris and blue butterfly Iris,with the membership values of 0.4571,0.4405,0.4206 and 0.4087,respectively.The German iris showed good cold resistance,which was consistent with the research results of cold resistance of several perennial flowers.
