摘要
以智能零售终端等新途径进行数据采集,运用大数据和人工智能技术对数据进行分析和预测,对企业的生产和销售策略提供支撑.关注于大数据、人工智能和新零售背景下的卷烟销售新模式的构建,通过对现有卷烟零售营销问题的剖析,根据企业实践构建了智能化卷烟零售模式和服务平台架构,搭建了相应的卷烟新零售大数据平台.
By utilizing new approaches such as intelligent retail terminals for data collection,and employing big data and artificial intelligence technologies for data analysis and prediction,support can be provided for the production and sales strategies of enterprises.This article focuses on the construction of a new model for cigarette sales under the background of big data,artificial intelligence,and new retail.Through an analysis of existing issues in cigarette retail marketing,an intelligent cigarette retail model and service platform architecture have been constructed based on enterprise practice,along with a corresponding big data platform for new cigarette retail.
