摘要
边疆经济的高质量发展是中国式现代化道路在边疆地区的生动实践,具有重要的理论和现实意义。在理论层面,从中国式现代化视角出发,立足新发展理念,尝试提出边疆经济高质量发展的内涵特征及理论模型,并构建了评价指标体系;在实证层面,通过采用熵权优劣解距离法对中国37个边疆地级市(州、盟)2021年的数据进行测度,同时使用变异系数、地理集中度指数等统计指标探究区域差异,从而揭示边疆地区在中国式现代化视域下的发展情况并提出相应的提升策略。
The high-quality development of the border economy is an eye-catching practice of Chinese-style modernization in the ethnic minority areas of China,which has much theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically,from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization and on the basis of the new development concept,this paper attempts to reveal the rich implications and construct a theoretical model as well as an assessment system for the high-quality development of the border economy.The paper also empirically measures the data of 37 prefectural cities in the borderland of China in 2021 by using the entropy weight TOPSIS method,and explores the regional differences by using statistical indicators such as the coefficient of variation and geographical concentration index so as to reveal the development of the border areas in the perspective of Chinese-style modernization and propose corresponding improvement strategies.
